Founded by life long student of the horse, Laura Vonk, Falls Echo Farm is dedicated to providing exceptional horse care, products and services to horses and their owners of all levels. We are also home of Fresh Beginnings Equine Assisted Therapy and Rescue. Professionally managed by Joy Morse, our mission is to bring horses and humans together.

Saddle Fitting

Laura is an expert Saddle fitter, A Qualified Saddle Fitter through the Society of Master Saddlers in the UK with over 10 years experience. She is available locally within 60 miles Hudson, NY May-Dec and in central Florida Jan-May, and once a month year round.
Picnics, Pop Ups, and Events
The farm is a beautiful place for a picnic, your event, or special experience. Enjoy the lovely grounds, the sounds of the horses peacefully munching their hay and the waterfall for which the farm is named. Built on the grounds of the historic 1830 Jacob Rossman estate. Stay tuned for pop up food and craft cocktail nights coming Summer 2025. Contact us to schedule and plan your unique experience on the farm.
Rehabilitation and Training
Our beautiful facility is thoughtfully designed with large airy stalls with automatic heated waterers and fans that open into individual mud free walkouts. Additionally we offer daily turnout weather permitting on grass fields or mud free dry paddocks. We have a long track record of successful rehabs and love the process. We are fully equipped with PEMF, Theraplate, Cold Laser and other modalities to bring your athlete back.

Oakley is the best good boy with powerful swinging movement and 3 exceptional gaits. If he was a she I would keep him for myself. I bred this boy and sold him as a yearling. He came back to me last year when his owner fell on difficult times. He has been very lightly started, has had extensive ground work and is always the perfect boy. Price reflects being behind in his training under saddle. Excellent candidate for the big ring for a junior, amateur, or professional with his exceptional temperament and eagerness to please. He has a wonderful work ethic and that classic Sir Sinclair look and movement. Not spooky and will happily work alone without friends. Oakley is a wonderful prospect for hunters or dressage. Sable is an amazing mover with sweet and loving personality. She was saved from slaughter by Fresh Beginnings Equine Assisted Therapy and Rescue in 2021. She is an easy keeper and very typical of the DHH breed in that she is sensitive, curious and high headed in nature. She would make a wonderful companion or liberty partner.
She is barefoot, sound, and is an easy keeper. Sable gets along well with others and is happy to be stabled or live out.
